Another day of bad weather, forgot to blog about the service attitude of the KFC staffs yesterday. Maybe it was busy or something, quite alot of people. The staffs at the counter wasn't very frendly and make us wait a long time. It's kinda piss people off when you step up to the counter, the guy welcomed you, asked what is your order, and before you can say anything he asked you to wait and he goes off... coming back 1 minute later... and the person behind is like cursing you for taking such a long time when it clearly isn't our fault? Noob citizens... if things doesn't go the way they want it to be, die die they must find someone to push the blame to...

So finally we got our meal, the 10 of us deployed over 3 different tables and eat while chatting among individual groups. Then one of my fren was being kind, considering he once worked as a customer service staff and understand their 'pain'), he put the tray on top of the box thingy that's available in all fastfood restaurant whereby the staffs dumped things so that the staff need not walk to our table, carry the thing back to the box.

Then an auntie worker carried other trays and wanted put on top of the box. But my fren's tray alrdy on top, and she turned around, me and Jia Tong caught her black face, muttering some words towards the back of my fren. And angrily stuffs the things inside, after pausing for 10 seconds of black face... She then move to another table where our frens are seated and began her rude clearing of the table (wipe the table angrily and taking up the tray hard and fast asif her life depends on it)

Later the other frens also come complain to us that the auntie was very rude... wonder what got into her, but customer service works both ways... don't complain that yr attitude sucks because there's unruly customers... that's yr job... We don't pay money to see stupid attitudes yea? I was once also a customer service crew. No matter how bad the customer is, or how bad our mood are, we also should not show our displeasure... at most complain with our frens during leisure times. This is the basic respect a worker should have for the customer and his/her job... Stupid hyeena, spoil our mood for the day.

Was late for school today, sleep and sleep and sleep. Sick, so took a longer time than usual for my mind to be alert. The sickness digivolved to it's mega stage, flu-mon, today... Luckily school today wasn't long... kept sneezing and coughing. Still remembered in my first year, got so sick but I still went to school, the next day, 1/3 of the class kena also. Next next day, whole class kena... Will history repeat itself? I dunno... let's see and find out, at the expenses of my classmate's health? Heh =X
