Today went to NUS for some talk/lecture. Tell you, it's BORING like hell. I see the lecturers sit down for like 30 minutes all go out one by one while WE, the students, HAVE to stay and listen thruout the whole piece of crap, the 2nd speaker resembles Jet Lim, with his classic pronounciationg of:

iFong (iPhone)

That was the most classic, as well as some others... but still damn boring. If in terms of powerpoint slides one picture means a thousand words, his slides are alrdy worth one picture each... FULL OF BLOOOODY TEXT...

15 minutes before the thing end me and Jia Tong sneak out le. Jeremy say if I go he go. In the end that coward stay inside the full duration. Mouth big big but no action.

The school keeps showering us with useless talks like this. How many of them can actually be applied to our work and lives? Nearly ZERO. Why must they keep pushing things that they themselves felt that it's boring to us? They themselves can excuse themselves when they're bored, no issues. When we complained or leave the place ourselves, 'dai ji dua diao'. Talk about fairness... The sight of those hypocrites middle-aged lecturers just piss me off.

Went to JEC to eat after the talk, did eat a bit at the buffet provided by NUS. But the food isn't that fantastic. After that took bus 51 home. Listened to the songs from Aya Hirano's first album and sleep abit.

Aya Hirano's 1st album (Titled: Riot Girl)
Most of the songs are fast songs that makes people high easily, however the slow songs themselves are also sentimental and soothing. With the exception of some tracks that I don't really like, I enjoyed 10 songs out of the total 14. It's a pity that some of the new songs(eg. Hero) aren't that great. Those that shines are songs from her already released singles and from anime songs that she sang(eg. Bouken desho desho?)
