Major Project is finally done with and just left with a bit of touching up. Finally free at last...

Just finished watching the anime Lucky Stars not too long ago. Hirano Aya is sooo cuuuuuute in the anime voicing as Konata Izumi. Haha~ The voice she used for Konata was so unlike her other roles. Best female seiyuu of 2008 is indeed not just a title for any random seiyuus that voice Tom, Dick and Harry. The role that got her the award was 'Suzumiya Haruhi' from the anime "The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi". From the name, very obviously her role is the female lead character.

Looking forward to the rest of 'The Daughter of Twenty faces'. In which, she played as a young girl, Chizuko, born in a rich family. Her parents died when she was young and she was taken under the care of her Aunt and Uncle. Sadly, those 2 people are trying to kill her by poisoning her food day after day in order to take over the family's assets. Chizuko found that out rather quickly as she was a fan of detective novels. Twenty faces saw what situation she was in, and offered to take her with him and travel the world.

I recommend this anime if you are looking for something light and non-serious. With a sense of humour in it. Although you may need to watch some other anime series before you can fully understand this. Especially 'Haruhi'.

Despite her wish to be known as a seiyuu instead of a singer/host/etc etc, her album 'Riot Girl' got into Oricon 2nd rank with it's first week of release. A pretty good achievement in terms of a new singer I feel.
